Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy a ticket from 50 Tickets for an event we promote in Luxembourg. Please read them before you check out.

About these terms

By placing an order on this website you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. 50 Tickets promotes the events listed on this site and sells tickets for them. Each event page shows the date, venue, age limit and the ticket types on offer.

Tickets and entry

After payment your ticket is emailed to you with a QR code. The code is scanned at the door and admits the number of people stated on the ticket, once. Keep it private: whoever presents the code first is let in, and a code that has already been scanned cannot be used again. Please check your details in the confirmation email and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Ticket types and prices may change between phases of the sale; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider, and a VAT invoice is emailed to you with your tickets. Seats are held for you for a short time while you pay and are released if the payment is not completed.

No right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16), tickets for leisure events held on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once your order is confirmed it is final, and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded because you change your mind.

Cancelled or changed events

If an event is cancelled, we will tell you by email and arrange a refund or an alternative as required by law. If the date, venue or line-up changes, your ticket stays valid for the new details unless we tell you otherwise. The line-up and running order are set by the artists and the venue and may change without notice.

Age limits and conduct

Some events have a minimum age, shown on the event page, and you may be asked for identification at the door. The venue and the organisers may refuse entry, or ask you to leave, for safety reasons, for behaviour that disturbs others, or if the age limit or the house rules are not met, without refund.

Liability

We are responsible for the sale and delivery of your ticket. We are not responsible for the content or running of an event beyond what the law requires, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Luxembourg or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If a dispute cannot be settled between us, the courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
