Who we are
50 Events is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our registered company details are published on our contact page — write to us there with any privacy question.
What we collect
When you buy a ticket we collect the full name and email address you provide at checkout. Your payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
We use your name and email to issue your digital ticket (with entry QR code), generate the VAT-compliant invoice required under Luxembourg tax law, and respond if you contact us for support.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by the Luxembourg Administration de l'Enregistrement, des Domaines et de la TVA (AED).
Who we share it with
We share order data only with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe for payment processing, and our database host for secure storage. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always applies and the date above reflects the last revision.
